Ingredients
- 1-2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (14-1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
- 2 (14 oz) can great northern white beans
- 1 (15-1/4 oz) can white or yellow corn
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilis
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Tortilla Chips

Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot. Add the onion and garlic; saute until the onion is translucent.
Mix the remaining ingredients except the tortilla chips. Bring the chili to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes. Serve with the tortilla chips.
