- 4 small zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 1 med. tomato, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)

Directions
Mel the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Put the remaining ingredients into the skillet. Cook and stir 5-8 minutes to desired doneness.
